Background
Kitchen Connection of Ascot is one of the UK’s leading designers and suppliers of high end kitchens to the trade. They required an upgraded telephone system with online billing, but knew breaking the contract with their incumbent supplier would attract penalties.
Approach
After working with BT to assume care of the phone lines, our engineers installed a new system on a Saturday to minimise disruption to the business.
Result
